UNTERBAU is a construction management company dedicated to the execution, monitoring and completion of projects with presence in the Northwest region of Mexico. Our main objective is to satisfy the necessities of our customers through high quality projects for public, private companies, business groups or individual customers looking to create their ideas into beautiful custom homes.
With more than 15 years’ experience in the field, we have developed a business model focused on providing construction solutions, urbanization and project management services.

BERNARDO LOPEZ DE LA VEGA
MEET OUR DIRECTOR
After getting a Bachelor’s Degree on Civil Engineering at Monterrey Tech and a Master of Science degree in Construction Management at the Universtity of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA, Bernardo has over 15 years of experience on the construction business working with companies such as:
2004-2005 FINCAMEX – Home Developer; working in areas from strategic planning to Project engineer and manager with over 600 homes at his lead on Northwest Mexico (Mazatlan, Culiacan and Los Cabos).
2005-2016 PORTUS GROUP –Residential Home Developer; on charge of the Construction Department for over 11 years coordinating departments of design, cost anylisis, construction supervision and customer delivery. More tan 700 homes on his charge on projects like Ventanas, Cabo del Mar, the execution of the sports center for the ATP 250 and the master plan of Delmar International School.
In 2017 UNTERBAU was born trying to satisfy the construction demand on the Los Cabos area with a focus on residential custom home building and also high scale construction project management applying work methodologies that allows qualilty, on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
